Hotel Classic

The rooms looked worse in the photos than they did in person, so that was a pleasant surprise. The entrance area was clean, and the interior design was quite nice. The furniture, floor, and walls aren't modern-looking, but they were clean and in good condition. I did spot a hair on the bed, though it wasn't where you sleep, so it wasn't a big deal. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, with a window. There’s also a flat-screen TV and a huge wardrobe, which I didn’t use but someone else might appreciate. The hotel is easy to find, though the surrounding area is rather industrial. Inside, I couldn’t hear the road or the CHP plant’s large pipes. The staff were polite. They switched from Russian once I started asking questions in Ukrainian.

Cleanliness mattered most to me, and the room, towels, and everything else were spotless. The furniture was new, the location was great, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast came to the room and tasted good, even if the portion wasn't large. For one night in a single room, it felt a little expensive, though I guess that's Kyiv pricing.

Comfortable, decent rooms and a good location. The three receptionists were lovely and spoke English well. There’s no luxury here, but it does the job, and laundry is available.

It’s very close to the central railway station, less than 500 meters away. But the rooms have no windows, breakfast has to be eaten in your room, and the shower barely has any water. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.
