I’ve stayed in more than 100 hotels around the world, and I’ve never had staff treat me with such rudeness and disrespect. They seemed careless and made us feel unwelcome. The place felt unsafe and unhygienic, and I was genuinely worried about my belongings and well-being. If safety and cleanliness matter to you, I strongly advise against staying here. The rooms were filthy, the bathrooms disgusting, and there was a stench as soon as I walked in. Don’t be taken in by the slick website or the building’s exterior. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. It shouldn’t be open, and is a disgrace to hospitality. Stay somewhere else, even sleep in your car if you have to. It would be cleaner, safer, and you’d get more respect.

The restaurant was seriously great. My friends and I loved the taste of every dish we tried, and they have outdoor seating too. There’s also a bench by the main entrance outside, surrounded by bushes, where it’s lovely to sit and have a drink. The hotel itself is very nice, with nice rooms, a spa, and massages. If you need a place to stay in this area, I recommend it.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and they have a lift. There’s a garden at the back where I had an apple and some sweet apricots. The hotel was nice and clean, but 2066 grivna for one night was a little high. Food options were limited, and breakfast was really limited too. Thank you.

Booking and check-in were easy, and the place was clean and quiet. The chef at the wineand steak restuarant is fantastic. Great food and a great beer selection.

The room was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and it made a lovely conference space. The meal they served was good too.
