I came away having learned a lot about the history and different perspectives, which is why I travel. The hotel itself felt modern and safe, and it’s right by the station for both local and international trains. There’s a restaurant on site with fresh food, and the dinner shift staff were especially wonderful. It was a really lovely experience.

Sonia and Vika were so pleasant and helpful. They made the restaurant a fun place to be and even got the grumpiest guests smiling. The staff were exemplary, and the food was incredible. Slava Ukraine

Breakfast had an amazing range of options, including plenty of freshly made hot dishes. We paid for it with our room and were glad we did. The room was small but clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional. The location worked perfectly for us, beside the train station, with restaurants nearby and public transport easy to access. We’d stay again and recommend it to others.

We come back to Ibis Kyiv Railway Station before and after trips because travel logistics are complicated right now. It’s always a relief to leave well rested and well fed. Even with the busy location, the room stays quiet and very clean. I’ve stayed here many times, and the staff and quality have been consistently top notch.

The food and drinks came out quickly, thanks to Julia and Alina. Sofia also helped us choose and took our order promptly. Everyone serving was friendly. The interior is pleasant and the atmosphere is cozy, with enough space to work or chat with colleagues. I’ll come back.
