They were very rude to foreigners.

It's quiet here, nobody makes a racket, and there are clothes dryers. Security and staff are polite. For a simple place to sleep, unwind, and explore Kyiv, it works well. The metro is a 20-30-minute walk away. The place is clean, with hot water, a shower, two induction cooktops, refrigerators, and shared dishes. The beds have new mattresses with orthopedic pillows, and the bedding is new. One issue is that if you arrive in the evening, they may not give you bedding until midnight. There’s no soap, toilet paper, or towels, so bring all your hygiene supplies, even for one night. I also think they should provide disposable dishes so everyone can be safe. Even ATB doesn’t have disposable spoons.

They advertise daily cleaning, but during my stay they didn’t take out the trash even once. The soundproofing is awful, and over three days I had hot water problems at different times. At 4,300 hryvnias a month for one person, it’s seriously overpriced and hard to justify, especially when a one-bedroom apartment nearby can be rented for 5,400. Other hostels are much better and nearly half the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I didn’t even see the room before leaving a deposit. When check-in time came, I was stunned. The “hotel” is in an industrial area, and both the room and the place itself look like barracks. The nightly price was 480 UAH. They refused, and weren’t even considering giving the deposit back. I didn’t want to spoil my mood any more, so I left it, hoping they might at least put windows at the entrance to the “hotel.” If you’re not looking for thrills, I can’t recommend it. I never saw the contract, so send me a screenshot of the one I supposedly signed! We also got to see the people who live there permanently, so maybe don’t show that off.
