The only real drawback was the soundproofing. I could hear chairs scraping, even with earplugs in. Otherwise, the apartments were cozy, nicely furnished, spotless, and had a comfortable bed. The blackout curtains kept outside light from disturbing my sleep. Contactless check-in was straightforward, too. If you arrive late when reception isn't working, they send detailed directions for getting to your room, and I had no trouble following them. I'd happily come back.

The bed was comfy, the towels were super new and clean, and the place felt modern and comfortable. They also had the essentials and amenities available during a power outage. Check-in was easy, and communication with the administration was good. Great value for the cleanliness and quality. I highly recommend this accommodation in Kiev. Thank you!

We stayed for 10 days, and after searching a lot, I can say these apartments were the best for the money. The bed was the best I've ever slept in, and the place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher. Even when the power was out, it was as comfortable as possible: there was heating, Internet, an elevator, and hot water. The bus stop is nearby, and shops and McDonald's are almost at the entrance. The administrators were attentive and always took care of our requests.

So cozy, warm, clean, and pretty. Everything seems thought through down to the small details. The bedding and towels were fresh, soft, and clean, and the room had everything I needed plus a bit more, including a washing machine with capsules, a hairdryer, and an iron. There's parking, too. I'm really happy with the stay and will come back and recommend it.
