The rooms are set back from the road, so it was really quiet and I didn’t hear any noise. The room came with lots of useful extras, like soap, slippers, and a gown. Staff were friendly and helpful. When I needed to change my booking dates, they handled it by email without any trouble or extra charge. Nice hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the location was nice, not too far from the Golden Gate and University. It was good value for money. The room’s interior felt old, but the bathroom was spacious and comfortable.

The location is peaceful and safe, close to the metro, and the discreet setup is a nice touch 😉. The rooms are lovely, spacious, clean, and feel luxurious. The staff were so helpful and kind. I definitely recommend these apartments!

The rooms are below ground, so there’s no sunlight. The bathroom also has no ventilation, and after someone uses it, it’s pretty much impossible to go in. Apart from those issues, this was perfect. The location was ideal, close to everything, though there’s no sign outside saying Incognito Boutique Hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, with quality furnishings and details. I appreciated seeing Grohe taps and showerheads and a Villeroy & Boch closet, things you don’t often find in a mid-range hotel.

Everything else was good, but the hotel name is different from the one on Booking. It goes by another name in real life.
