The furniture was very clean, and I liked the colors and atmosphere. But the stay was terrible despite the lovely location. Almost nobody speaks English, I swear. There was no tissue box in the room or bathroom, and the refrigerator was warm, including all the drinks inside. There weren’t any extra pillows in the cupboard either, so you have to beg for them. They also didn’t provide complimentary water bottles.

The receptionists were so friendly and helpful, and Anna in particular gave the best customer service. She’s a big reason I’ll return. The rooms were clean, the place is beautiful, and I definitely recommend staying here. Thank you, Anna ❤️

A lovely hotel tucked into the park, and nice and quiet. I love it.

Breakfast at the restaurant was a highlight, and I liked the deluxe room overall. It had plenty of space, high ceilings, good lighting and furniture, plus two bathroom sinks and a bidet. The staff were probably the best part. The TV needs fixing: the remotes only worked sometimes, and there was just one channel. Wi-Fi was minimal. Still, I liked everything in general. Thank you!
