Kyiv Dynamo play their home games at this wonderful stadium. There’s no roof, so dress for the weather if you’re going to a show and the forecast is uncertain. On a hot summer day, remember sunscreen. There’s plenty of parking, and it feels safe at night, so travellers needn’t worry.

I was there for twenty one pilots in 2019. It was winter, and the inside felt colder than I expected until the concert got going. The place could have used some renovation by 2020, especially for a city center venue, but I wouldn't call it bad. I only have good memories of it.

The open-air gym is a great idea, and it’s open to the public. There’s also a nice restaurant on the other side of the stadium. I visited the stores for both of the city’s teams, where you can get sportswear and branded items for football legends. The stadium itself is impressive. I’ll post some pictures. Enjoy Kyiv and Ukraine!

I saw Antitila here, and it was an incredible show with great sound. It’s also one of Ukraine’s largest indoor concert stages, used for national and international sports events and exhibitions.

A good place to wander around, even if you’re not there for anything specific. It’s a huge mall with a food court and events like sports and concerts.
