The place is right across the road from the column and flags honouring our heroes who died fighting, so you can't get more central. That location had me fully packed. The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean, with quick, deliberate room service. The food is amazing, made with lovely ingredients, though they put too much green oil on most things. The bar has a great drink selection, including Macallan 12 among the whiskies, which you don't often see in a smaller bar. What keeps this from being five stars across the board is how different the rooms are by floor. Last time I was on the second floor; this stay I was on the first, and it wasn't at all like the other one. There was no way to turn the lights off from bed, no bathroom extractor fan, no carpet, and I could hear people talking through the walls. Those are small issues compared with how good everything else is, and you can ask for a different floor. Next time I'll request the second floor before booking to make sure I get one of the nicer rooms. :)

Right in central Kyiv at Maidan, this is a good base for business or focused travel. My room was clean, functional and well maintained, meeting the four-star specifications. Check-in and checkout were efficient, with no unnecessary delays, and the price felt like good value for what you get. Recommended.

We liked the rooms and location, but several things were stolen from our bags in the room. We told reception and even gave them a window of less than two hours for when it happened. They still refused to help.

It's a fair price for the service, especially since the gym, SPA and pool were included. At check-in they gave me a better room than the one I'd booked, with no extra charge. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the location is great, right in the city centre and very close to the subway.
