The kitchen utensils were so dirty they couldn't be used, and the payment options weren't clear. I left two weeks before my booking ended, after staying only half the booked period, but they refused to refund any of the payment, even partially. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The shower stall was moldy, there was about a centimeter of dust on the balcony, and we weren't given any soap, gel, or toothbrushes. The place was a mess: the kettle didn't work, the kitchen faucet was broken and needed both hands to turn on the water, and the sconce over the bed was dead. No slippers either. The toilet literally wandered around the bathroom, the kitchen knife looked like it had been around since World War II, and the microwave had no plate. This is fucking nuts, don't even think about it!!!!!

The sofa was broken, the bathroom was dirty, and there were no slippers. WiFi also costs 20 hryvnias. Terrible.

The accommodations are far from the settlement, and the staff treat clients inappropriately.
