This is an apartment, not a hotel, and you have to collect the keys from a lady two kilometres away. The inside isn't bad, but the building outside is an old, ugly, dirty Soviet block that looks abandoned. They put in an electronic entrance lock opened with a magnetic key, which made me smile given what the building looks like. It's on a hill, and the location isn't as good as the map suggests. In Kyiv's very humid weather, you'll be walking and climbing a lot.
