Breakfast was the only real plus. The room just had a bed, bathroom, and window, and check-in was inconvenient. Traffic on the nearby road made it hard to sleep. There’s no dinner service or bar, so you have to drive to the nearest restaurant. I also had concerns about security because of the cheap guard, and wouldn’t feel good about leaving my car there. For the price, you can find another option. The management seems careless, cutting corners on the basics to make more money. They offered “recreational” procedures that turned out to be pseudoscientific nonsense. I don’t recommend staying here.

It’s outside the city, but worked well for my business trip. The rooms were nice and clean, and the desk is staffed around the clock. They could improve the amount of English spoken, and the breakfast could use an update 😊. As a complex, it’s a very nice hotel.

The spa has good masseurs, and the business lunch was very good for a remarkably low price. The downside is the noisy road nearby. Bedrooms are heated with air conditioning, but the air feels stale, and opening a window means climbing onto the sill.

The rooms deserve 5 stars, but the breakfast gets 3.

The bathroom was nice, which matters a lot to me, but the room itself wasn't especially spacious. Opening the windows was awkward because you had to climb up on a table or windowsill to reach them. Breakfast was included, but disappointing. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and the internet was slow. Since we were in Kyiv for work, we had to move to another hotel the next day.
