Hostel Seven

It’s cheap and the location is good, but the place needs refurbishing. The rooms were cold and I got sick there. Staff were a bit rough, and the bathrooms were strange: glass doors mean people can hear, see, and smell you. The showers are just curtains, only a few centimeters from other users. Nothing wow.

The owner was warm and helpful, and came straight down when we knocked, even though we arrived late and there was no sign outside. The accommodation felt like a luxury apartment, and I’ve never stayed anywhere so nice. I’d come back to Lviv just to stay here.

A handy, affordable hostel with everything needed to get a good rest after a busy day. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend it for a night on a business trip.

The bed was cozy, the toilet was fairly clean, the staff were kind, and the location was good. But the noise made it impossible to properly relax. Long-term guests from Russia would put on Russian heavy metal or club music at full volume whenever they felt like it, including at 8 a.m. or 2 a.m. You could definitely hear it from your bed, and it disturbed the trip because there was no calm atmosphere. I saw some guests move to another hostel because of it.
