The staff were so friendly and polite, always ready to help with a smile, and their hospitality really made a difference. The hotel is right in the heart of Lviv, which makes it easy to explore the city. This was my second stay, and it exceeded my expectations again. The interior is beautifully designed and feels cozy and elegant. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the room temperature is just right, and it’s wonderfully quiet. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely return.

The rooms, spa and restaurant are beautiful, and the small bar serves food as well as drinks from 10 pm until morning. It’s a smaller hotel, but the attention to detail gives it a refined feel. Others have rated it the nicest hotel in Ukraine, and based on my stay, I agree. I can’t wait to come back.

The private spa was really relaxing, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of cold and hot choices, plus custom requests. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even helping book a private city tour. The room was beautiful, clean and well decorated. Best hotel in the heart of Lviv!

The rooms were kept in great shape by housekeeping, and I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Leopolis. I’m hoping to be back in Lviv in a few months. The restaurant and breakfast have always been good, too. From the start of booking, the front desk team looked after me through several stays and arranged my trips to and from the train station. Every member of the Hotel Leopolis team was wonderful. Take care, your friend Steven.

The rooms are spacious, and the hotel has a distinctive style. We felt welcome and really looked after by the staff, who did a lot to make us comfortable. The food was fresh, delicious, and good quality, with plenty of variety. They paid great attention to the details.
