It was awful. The quality didn't justify the price, and there were cockroaches and bedbugs.

A clean, pleasant hotel with really good food.

For a luxury shabbat in Uman, this was an incredible place. It was spotlessly clean and had huge amounts of delicious food. The whole approach seems to be to go a bit "extra", from the branded items and generous portions to the furniture quality and even the size of the mezuzot. Staying here made my Uman trip a physical and spiritual delight. I stayed in 2024.

We were travelling around Ukraine and stayed just one night. The hotel was as good as many places in Central or Western Europe, and in some ways even better. It's only minutes from the main attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean with all the amenities a traveller would need, apart from a TV. Highly recommend it.

It's nice enough, but I don't think it deserves the five stars it gives itself. The rating seems too high, maybe because Uman doesn't have much competition. Somewhere else I'd say it's between three and four stars, maybe three and a half. With that in mind, it's very nice.
