The room was unpleasantly smelly, with a dirty shower head that didn't work properly and someone else's hair in the bath. Cleaning was at a very low level. The TV didn't work, and staff were no help, just repeatedly saying, "Everyone else TVs are working, it is not our problem". WiFi was poor, the water was warm rather than hot, and there were no single use slippers in the superior room. We had to search for a working socket to plug in the kettle. The room didn't meet our expectations. There's a small parking area and no lift, and our superior room looked over someone's yard, not the lake. The night stay was VERY expensive for what the hotel provides. The value for money hit rock bottom.

A bad place. You book one thing, then arrive and get something else. Customer service was zero. They now have a dog that bites people. I wouldn't be surprised if the hotel itself sent it to bite.

It's a nice place close to downtown. The room was large enough, with comfortable beds, good furniture, and a clean bathroom. The property seems pretty new.
