For our city, I think this is a pretty good hotel. It’s compact and cozy, has the amenities you need, and doesn’t feel pretentious. Infrastructure is just steps away. I travel around Ukraine often for work, so I have plenty to compare it with. The staff are friendly, the room and mattresses are clean, and the bed is clean and, most importantly, dry. Breakfast is served in the morning. Pyaterochka

The bedding was good and the mattress comfortable, but the towels felt like sandpaper. The desk is in the sink, and the windows have no screens, so hundreds of mosquitoes came in from the park. Breakfast is available, but it’s brought from somewhere else, and the tea, coffee, and often the food were cold. The receptionists were a mixed bag, some excellent and some completely incompetent. We missed breakfast on the first day because of that receptionist.
