The receptionist was so friendly and easy to talk to, almost like a nice relative, and the service was excellent. The location is amazing 🔝, and everything in the room was clean and tidy. Having a kitchen is handy if you want to make breakfast. My only note is about the pillows: they're small and very thin, and I had to prop my arm up. Sleep matters when you're on the road, so I really hope you'll take that on board 💚. The comfort and wonderful view make this a place I'd want to return to. Thanks for the hospitality 👋

The staff were very polite and welcoming, and when we arrived early they offered us early check-in at no extra cost. Our room was spacious, and the large terrace is shared by several rooms. It's on the 25th floor. New buildings block the sea view, which is a drawback, though a minor one. We booked through Booking.com. The renovations aren't new, but if you overlook a few details, the hotel is quite decent. We'd come back!

The receptionists were helpful, and I was able to change rooms. Do check where the air conditioning is before booking: in my case it was in a separate room with only a table, not in the room with the bed. The location is decent, and the staff are good overall, but this is just a couple of floors in a residential building, not a standalone hotel. Payment is only by cash or card-to-card transfer, so they really could use a terminal. The hallway smells of smoke. Some of the room options are odd.

The room looked fine at first, and the renovations, furniture, and plumbing seemed well done if you didn't look too closely. But there were big water-leak stains on the ceiling, the white blanket had dirty marks like tire tracks, and nobody cleaned our room for two days. We saw three receptionists, and not all were friendly. Finding the place was a real challenge: Waze took us far from Odessa when opened from Booking, and even once we were in the residential complex there were no signs or directions to the hotel. Still, it's on the 25th floor, our window had a sea view, and the location is good.
