Panorama De Luxe Hotel

The restaurant food was tasty and reasonably priced, and everyone on staff, from reception to the restaurant and cleaning team, was great. We had a lovely weekend at this quiet hotel, with its beautiful pool and sea view. We'll come back on our next visit to Odesa.

There are only thirty three rooms, and the pool was hardly ever busy. The setting is lovely, with amazing views over the Black Sea, and it feels quite exclusive. Natalie, the restaurant manager, was especially helpful, as were the reception staff Anika and Inna. I can't name everyone. Our room was great and breakfast was excellent. Hotel Panorama is simply excellent, and I have nothing bad to say. It's so good I almost don't want anyone else to know about it.

Breakfast came with the sound of birds, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The food was fresh and tasty, and the customer service was above average. It's a beautiful luxury five-star hotel.

The weddings carried on until 11pm with lots of noise, and it really got in the way of resting. I didn't complain the first time, though. The sauna has a strange rule too: you have to book it a day ahead. Small thing, but it says something about the hotel's approach to guests. Staff made me uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. They demanded a $200 deposit that hadn't been mentioned in my booking. When I refused and asked for the manager, she told me to my face that she was charging it because I'm from Israel, and that she'd waive it if I was a good boy. Later, they charged us about 5000 grivna for a small, barely noticeable stain on the sheets. The reception staff kept inspecting me and gave off bad vibes. This hotel didn't meet my expectations at all, and I definitely don't recommend it.
