The owner said they hadn't prepared for the season because of quarantine, which sounded like a disclaimer. In the middle of the busy season, our deluxe two-room suite had broken plumbing, a dirty shower, rusty hangers, mold on the tiles, and dust. Only one bulb was screwed in, while the others were missing from the lamps and chandeliers. I assume the damp sauna is to blame, since black mold is growing on the ceilings. Residents are left to clean the shared kitchen themselves, but people come to relax, not to clean. This may once have been a good hotel. Welcome.

We went to the sauna on December 13, 2020, and it cooled down quickly without reaching the effect we wanted. The steam room never got properly hot, and the firewood they gave us was damp. The pool water seemed like it hadn't been changed in a long time, and there was mold on the shower stall walls. The heated floor was the only good part, but it didn't make much difference. I wouldn't recommend this sauna. I'd look at other options.

Everything was sparkling clean, and the owner, Genay, clearly loves the hotel. Alla at reception was professional and charming. We stayed in a two-room suite with a huge terrace. The courtyard has gazebos, swings, a sandbox with toys, parking, and a lovely birch alley, a treat for the whole family. The interior is wonderful too: there's a sauna and swimming pool on the ground floor, and upstairs are five rooms, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a pleasant interior. An excellent hotel, nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.

The banya was clean and cozy, and my family and I really enjoyed it 😊 We had a great steam bath, though you need to bring your own firewood. I can't speak for the hotel, this review is only about the banya.

We were stunned when the administrator called a week before our trip to cancel our sauna booking. We'd made the reservation a month earlier, but she said they had a banquet coming up that wasn't profitable for them. I can't recommend the place.
