Sunday Rooms

The room was clean and minimalist, with a sea view, and the staff were welcoming and quick to help with all our questions, even with our various requests. Parking was convenient in the underground garage, but you have to reserve it in advance. The hotel is inside a gated residential complex that has everything, which made things really convenient. Our stay was short, but we enjoyed it. Thanks for having us, we'll be back in the summer!

For the price, our expectations were higher. The room was clean and quite nice, and the location and parking were convenient, but that was about it. The kettle was broken: water leaked from it, it wouldn't turn off, and it just kept steaming. The air conditioner worked only sometimes. There weren't any disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste, which should be standard by now. The staff were unfriendly and seemed to look down on guests. When I asked a question, the answer came with slight contempt. It made the atmosphere unpleasant, and I wouldn't come back. I hope they improve the service in the future.

Good communication and a convenient location, plus the apartments are nicely renovated. They're pet friendly, and an interesting detail is that they charge a deposit for a pet rather than a fixed daily fee.

We came for a weekend in May, when traffic was relatively light, and came away with a positive impression. The rooms were clean, and the towels and bedding had no strange smells. For parking inside the complex, it's best to reserve a spot through the hotel ahead of time, at 250 UAH per day. There are also free spots in the nearby alleys if you want a cheaper option, though I'm not sure finding one will be as easy in summer.
