There are a few shops and transit stops right nearby: an ATB in the hotel building, plus a pharmacy, Silpo, pet store, tram and bus stops across the street. In summer the beach, with both free and paid options, is a five-minute walk. I’m more of a stay-at-home type, so the location matters less to me. I moved in late 2024 as an IT professional because the internet was fast and stable, and the generator covers the whole hotel, rooms included. I’ve been here a little over a year and have plenty to share. The staff, from administration to technical workers, are friendly and responsible. I don’t know how they hire them or how many interview stages there are, but everyone does their job perfectly. The rooms have what you need for daily life, with a kitchen/hallway, bedroom, and bathroom, though the layout depends on room size. They pay attention to details too: rooms facing a busy road come with two pairs of earplugs. Friends who booked for New Year’s were given special boxes of Atoxil. It may seem small, but it’s a thoughtful touch. Staying in a pet-friendly hotel was new for me. We live with our cat and parrot and nobody minds. When temporary repairs were happening in our room, they kindly gave us another one. Special thanks to the local technician, Vitaly Anatolyevich, who quickly sorted a few technical problems that weren’t the hotel’s fault, but came from power outages and the activities of an aggressor. I highly recommend the place. My only downside is that I didn’t stay here sooner.

We rode out the blackout at home 🫶🏻🥹. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Some other guests were noisy during the night, but the staff took care of it. I like that the hotel welcomes pets, though there were lots of dogs on the floor and you could smell them in the hallway. That’s a small thing, though.

The terrace is lovely, the restaurant food was delicious, and it’s only five minutes to the sea with plenty of shops and places nearby. We checked in at 7 am without any trouble, since reception is open around the clock. The apartments were clean and comfortable, with a good bed and everything needed for cooking. The administrators were quick to help with questions. We’ll definitely return. Ribas is as always on the level ❤️ One small suggestion: it’d be useful to leave salt, pepper, and a bit of oil in the kitchen. We had to buy them for just a few cooking sessions and left them in the room. Also, it would be nice to have towels available on request for taking to the sea. We didn’t want to take the white room towels, of course.

The sea is close, about a pleasant 15-minute walk, so the location is good if that matters to you. It was our first booking here, and we were pleasantly surprised by how cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged everything felt, right down to the little details. The staff were nice.
