I checked in alone, then met a friend at a bar and brought her back. The woman at reception was unfriendly and said something to her in Ukranian. We went into the twin room, but my friend didn't like it and asked me to go somewhere else. As a foreigner, it had already been difficult to get a Ukrainian girl to come back to my hotel, and the reception staff made things harder. I felt that if she'd agreed to stay, the woman would have kept knocking on the door and causing problems for me. That kind of attitude contributes to there being fewer tourists in the area. If you're a foreigner coming with your wife or girlfriend, or just want time by yourself, I can recommend this place. It's central, cheap, and well done. But if you're hoping to meet a Ukrainian girl and bring her here, this hotel will make things more complicated for both of you.

The employees were kind and helpful, and the service was perfect. My room was perfectly clean, as was the rest of the hotel. I stayed five nights, enjoyed a great Caffe latte 👍, and found the location very good, about a two-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend it.

The place was very clean and ideally located near the city center, supermarkets, restaurants, and more. My room's shower was a little broken, and there was no hot water one day. The delicious breakfast and friendly staff deserve 10 points.

The breakfast selection was tasty and delicious, though the facilities for guests were minimal. It's a very small hotel in a quiet spot in the city center, good enough for an overnight stay.

The surroundings were calm, and the rooms were clean and nice. Poltava is definitely worth visiting!
