The manager was really polite and helped me find an apartment in Poltava. She gave me a few choices, and we arranged a one-night stay. They were willing to rent to me by age when a lot of others wouldn't. The apartment itself had plenty of beds, lots of space, air conditioning, and a pool table. We liked it all and would definitely get in touch again. I wanted to leave a good comment about the apartment and the agency.

They even had a crib for our baby, which we couldn't get at any other apartment. The place was clean, the owners were nice, and the location was lovely. We really liked Sadovyi and hope we'll be neighbors soon. Definitely recommend it, no complaints.

Check-in and payment were easy, and the apartment seemed fine otherwise. But the cleaning wasn't thorough: the floor was dirty, and there was garbage and dried napkins behind the bed.
