I came in late December 17 with a child, and at first the place seemed great. The staff were excellent, our room was large, clean, and tidy, the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the grounds, and there were two indoor play areas for kids. The grounds were fun in winter, and the treatment facilities were enjoyable and inexpensive. But the only bar was closed, and there isn't a single shop in the area. We had to go 5 km into the city for something as basic as Coke, water, or fruit, which cost 100 UAH one way. The food was boring, there were no sweets, and the coffee was instant. Daily room cleaning didn't include restocking tea or coffee. The mattress and pillows were cheap and awful. It's good for treatment, but boring if you're looking for a family holiday.

The spa was good, the pool was okay, the massage was very good, and reception staff were friendly. The room, though, was freezing. On the first night it was -16 C outside and only +12 C indoors, which might be fine in summer, but not in winter. The shower had warm water but never hot. The restaurant was a disaster, and far too expensive for the food and service.

In 23, I brought my son here by ambulance after he broke his fourth and fifth cervical vertebrae and had surgery. He was paralyzed, and his arms and legs hardly worked. After 90 days, we went home on our own two feet. I’m deeply grateful to the people who work with disabled people there. I’ve never seen a better attitude or more conscientious work.
