Apartments Domovik on Valenberga 3

My parents had stayed here before and enjoyed it, so they decided to come back and trusted the same people again. This time, though, they were asked for a deposit. They canceled two weeks ahead, but still weren't given their money back, despite the information saying cancellation was free and no deposit was needed. Nobody warned them about losing the deposit. The explanation was, “You booked a long time ago, so we won't refund you.” I don't see how that makes sense. After that, they were simply ignored. They can forget about getting their money back.
