The rooms are warm and clean, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook. The hostel itself is cozy and very clean, with friendly staff and private parking. I let them know I’d arrive at 4 in the morning, and they accommodated me without any fuss ❤️

The listing says reception is open 24 hours, and my booking was confirmed, but when I arrived at 4 AM nobody answered the phone. There’s a code lock on the door, with a dog underneath that looks like a wolf. Knocking was pointless. Then it started raining, leaving me stuck outside. Thanks for supposedly rescuing people around the clock!

I can’t recommend this hostel. I arrived late in the evening, well before closing time, but had trouble finding the locked entrance to the courtyard in the dark. My booking was confirmed and the money had been taken, yet no one opened the door or answered the phone. While I searched for somewhere else to stay on a cold winter night, staff at several nearby hostels and hotels had heard of this place. More than one said the admin had been drunk, fallen asleep, and left work undone, using less polite words. That wasn’t my wording. The owner’s setup seems convenient: charge through the service, leave guests outside in the evening, then blame them. To respond to the reply: I have the right to leave this review. I arrived and called half an hour before 10 PM, but nobody answered. I had to look for another place in the freezing cold. I didn’t write about Booking, but anyone who wants to take a chance can try cancelling half an hour before arrival, then stand outside a locked door while Booking says your time is up and you didn’t come. They didn’t refund my money. The service wasn’t provided, and I was left with more than an inconvenience: I had health problems after that frosty night. Also, I only post my own photos. The entrance is hard to spot from the street. There’s an ATM in the center and a door leading to something unclear. To the right, the arch looks more inviting, but it’s closed. To get into the hostel, go left along the fence to a muddy track, then around the blind turn and pull at the locked door there. If you’re willing to take the risk, good luck.

We’d booked beds in a four-person room ahead of time, but when we arrived, reception said there were no spaces left because people had checked in an hour earlier. It was an unpleasant situation. We’d booked through Booking, but the man at reception said they don’t take bookings made through Booking into account.
