A lovely place, full of greenery.

I've stayed at this complex for many years and keep coming back. It's a wonderful place, unlike anything else nearby. Lake Svityaz is about a 10-minute walk, and there's lovely landscaping, lots of trees, places to sit and relax, barbecues and a stove. I've stayed in nearly all the apartments in the houses around the grounds, and each one feels like a trip somewhere new. Svetlana, the host, is attentive to every request and whim, and she's an erudite, interesting person to talk with. The staff are professional and attentive too. I'd love to come back and stay there in winter. Prosper! See you soon.

The yard is pretty and green, and the distance from Svityaz is just right: not so close that beach noise is a problem, but not too far either. The linen and towels were clean, and there was a bit of surface cleaning. Still, the idea seems good but the execution is lacking. We booked apartments with a terrace, but the rooms were actually on the same floor. They didn't look like the photos, and instead of beds there was a mattress on the floor that was far from orthopedic. More than half the bulbs were burned out, the shower head holder was broken, and chewing gum had been stuck above the bed for weeks. There's only one barbecue spot for several apartments.

There isn't any air conditioning or separate barbecue areas, and at 4k a day the place doesn't feel suited to a family holiday. For that price, it isn't worth it.
