The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were incredible. Parks, the lake and the center are all easy to reach on foot. Thank you!!!

I was really disappointed with this hotel. The room service was terrible and the staff were rude. They're now going to claim I wasn't even there, which is a lie. This place is full of liars, and if you leave a terrible review, they use fake accounts to cover up their limitations. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I think the rating is fake.

My husband and I spent seven days here on a "Putivka", with three meals a day and treatment, and we've just returned from a vacation that still has me impressed. I chose the hotel based on my own feelings and other guests' reviews. Our stay happened to coincide with my anniversary, and from the first minutes the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. Ms. Yulia greeted me like an old friend, gave us the keys to an upgraded room and a 30% discount on additional procedures that day. The room had been decorated for the occasion, with sweets from the team as a surprise. Our room was warm, the beds were comfortable, and we slept like children. It was cleaned daily, with fresh, fragrant towels and bed linen. The rooms throughout the hotel were so clean you could walk barefoot. The staff were kind, polite and attentive, and responded to every request. Mariana provided our medical services very professionally, calmly and with a smile, always attentive and responsive. The restaurant deserves a mention too. The food was balanced, fresh and delicious, and the servings were generous. The women in the kitchen were friendly and tidy. We also loved the hotel's beautiful setting and mountain views, along with the cozy rooms and homelike atmosphere created by the staff. We said goodbye almost like family. The team carefully packed us some treats and water, then took us to the station on our way out. Ivan Petrovich, Ms. Yulia, Svetlana, Mariana, the maids and the restaurant staff, keep up the great work. You show extraordinary empathy, politeness and professionalism. It's an ideal place to reset, relax and improve your health. We'll come back and recommend you to friends and acquaintances.
