I loved the peaceful feel of this cozy place. There’s a furnished sitting area in the yard, but the balcony views were the highlight for me.

We especially liked the calm setting, about 4.5 km from the city center. A café serving home-style meals, with generous portions and good prices, and a grocery store are both five minutes away. Mount Pogar is a short distance from the center, and the ski lifts for Mount Trostyan are a 20-minute walk from there. The rooms were spotless and had beautiful views. The separate kitchen was well equipped and made cooking easy. The hosts were lovely, and the house had a warm, harmonious atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Getting there was easy, and there’s parking close to the ski lift. We also used the laundry service, and the guesthouse was good value for the money. The hosts made us feel welcome. There’s a gazebo and playground outside, plus a shared kitchen and dining room. The internet worked without any trouble. One room didn’t have a closet, which I didn’t like, and the shower head kept falling off. Thank you for the stay.

The house was strikingly clean, with the lovely smell of fresh baking. We stayed from 6.03-08.03.21, and had a clean, very warm and comfortable room with an incredible balcony view. The bed was large and comfortable, and the fresh linens and towels were clean. The third-floor kitchen was spotless, well equipped with all the utensils, and everything worked. There’s also a separate dining room on the floor with enough space for everyone. For larger groups, the property has two barbecue grills, a gazebo and a swing for children. Parking is available on site, and the hosts close the gate at night to look after the vehicles. The owners were friendly and clearly put in a lot of effort to make guests comfortable. We’re grateful for the welcoming stay, would like to return, and will recommend it to others.
