Really nice place.

I especially want to thank the owners. Their care, hospitality, and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable, and I'd definitely recommend the place. There was plenty of room to find a quiet corner, watch the sunrise, or see the sun go down in peace. Sitting on the terrace by the house and listening to the rain was a special pleasure. Everything you need is within walking distance, while dense greenery keeps the houses hidden from prying eyes and gives them a private, peaceful feel. The grounds are beautiful, comfortable, and very well cared for. It really is a magical place!

There were nine of us in the group, and seven of us, children included, caught rotavirus with symptoms of varying severity. It spoiled our vacation, though it had nothing to do with the hotel. We'd just arrived after the Shypit festival, and I'd seen news about an intestinal virus in Pylypets but hadn't paid attention. An ambulance came to the hotel every night to see one of the neighbors, and said they'd been coming for a week. I'd suggest planning around the festival, either before it or a month afterward, when the infection has passed. We rested at Zarinka with family and friends. The owners and staff were very nice, the rooms cozy and comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. On the fourth day they changed the towels. We cooked in the shared kitchen rather than eating in the hut. Friends who had breakfast there said it was tasty and reasonably priced. The room had a refrigerator, and ours even had a freezer. The shared kitchen had plates, utensils, pots, and pans. We brought our own pan because we had a small child, as well as our own knives. There are two kinds of rooms, in the renovated building and in the one not yet updated. The furniture set is almost the same in both. The shower is compact, but has shelves with room for everything. There's also a playground. Nearby they built a complex with a hotel, restaurant, cafe, and a great children's and sports playground. A nice trail through the forest means you don't have to walk along the road. For the money, the hotel's location is top notch. We'll probably come back.

We left the next day. The bathroom had old tiles and plumbing in terrible condition, and the kitchen on the grounds was in such bad shape that I was afraid to go in. At the local restaurant, we weren't told beforehand that the kitchen wasn't operating. We only found out when we got there. We booked a room for three but were first put in a small room for two. We had to ask for a larger one, and it was the same. There was supposedly Wi-Fi in the room, but it kept showing "no connection." When I asked about getting it connected, I was told, "you need to call a technician, the technician will be in 2 days, you must have your beautiful mobile phone." When I asked if this had only started that day, they replied in a very unhappy tone, "you came to spoil my mood." It was hard to deal with the administrator Oleksiy. If something wasn't to your liking, you'd be advised to go look for accommodation elsewhere.
