The apartment itself is cozy and well kept, with new furniture and two kitchens stocked with what you need to cook. We chose the place for the pool, and it lived up to expectations. On a sunny day it's a real plus. There's also a barbecue area and a vat on the grounds, both of which look nice. A few things may matter depending on what you're looking for. The house is next to the railway, and you can hear trains day and night. Light sleepers may find that uncomfortable. Sound insulation is average: the floor creaks, and you sometimes hear neighbors. There's no proper parking, just a sort of space near the bushes. There are set quiet hours. The rules are understandable, but the male owner came across as somewhat superior, especially when talking about the "new furniture" they're very concerned about. That felt a bit stressful. Booking and payment were also disappointing for me. Payment goes directly to a card, and after I canceled on Booking, I was asked to make a new reservation by phone with advance payment. Booking had offered an option without prepayment. The place seems best for families wanting a well-kept area with a pool, who sleep well and are fine following the owners' rules. If quiet is important or you're planning evenings with friends, I'd look elsewhere. I think the 9.7 rating on Booking is too high. My vacation left me with mixed impressions.
