The family room on the top floor was a real highlight. It was great, with a working fridge and AC and a wonderful shower. The woman at reception didn't speak English, and I only know a few Ukrainian words, but she was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was lovely too. The building doesn't look like much from outside, but this was one of our favorite hotels during our two weeks in Ukraine. ♥️

It's inexpensive and within walking distance of the city center, the mall, shops, and places to eat. There are a couple of great bakeries right on the corner, too. The place is quiet, very clean, and the staff are fantastic. They don't speak English, but they do try to answer questions. I'd stay here again without a doubt.

The price is reasonable, and breakfast is included. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast itself is decent. Inside it's rather dark, which can make the stairs tricky since the motion sensors respond a little slowly.

We stayed three nights and really enjoyed the breakfast, with several options and all of them good. Our room was huge and clean, the location is good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. In my view, it's the best hotel in Zhytomyr and a strong choice if you're looking for somewhere to stay there.
