Room service came at no charge, and the rooms were WOW. I also had a memorable meal in a local setup, definitely one to remember. I'd recommend giving it a try. Keep it up!

Our client likes the food here, so we often book this hotel for conferences. The food is good, but they often don't provide enough soft drinks or plates. Lunch cutlery, including forks, spoons, and knives, is generally missing, and coffee isn't offered either. The conference arrangements are poor. There's no A/C in the room or hall, and the two fans don't work properly or provide enough airflow. Chickens wander around unattended and make noise during conferences. Kitchen staff are loud too, and don't make sure people have enough drinks. When the electricity cuts out, the generator doesn't kick in, making it difficult to use the beamers. Staff don't seem to take their jobs seriously or identify with their work or employer. There's no customer care.

I've been using LAVIC COUNTRY RESORT, ADJUMAN for a few weeks and have been impressed with its performance. Setup was easy, and the features are user friendly. I did run into a minor glitch, but customer support responded quickly and fixed it. It's a solid, reliable solution I'd recommend to anyone. 5 stars.

Power cuts are the biggest problem. The generator has been broken down for a long time. Water is available most of the time, but the hot water gets super hot, so be careful. The rooms are okay and clean, with perfect beds, and there's a big parking lot. The bar is okay and the service there is good. Other service could be better, though they're trying. Clothes get mixed up all the time. They have Dstv, but the channel selection is very limited, and you have to beg to watch an international news channel. It's a 50/50 resort, but I think it's still the best choice in Adjumani.
