I spent nearly a week at Hill Top. The lowest priced rooms are very small and cramped, and the shared bathrooms need better hygiene. On the good side, the customer service was fairly good, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast offerings weren’t bad.

The meal was fantastic, and I’ll surely be back for another. The lady who served me did a great job and had a smile. Even though it’s close to the telecom masts, the hotel is pretty quiet and serene up on the hill.

Hill top hotel in Arua district offers luxurious accommodation at an affordable price and free WiFi for its clients. It has a good environment for leisure time and good qualified management.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, waste from the previous occupant was still there when I checked in. The mattress was very old, there were too many mosquitoes, no mirrors in the rooms, and the TV didn’t work. Shower water was only lukewarm, and there were other issues too... #NotImpressed

The place is very untidy, with dust and COB webs everywhere. The bathrooms are completely bad. Management needs to take cleanliness seriously.
