Le tsuba Grand Hotel

It’s a pleasant, affordable place outside town, with a nice environment and okay food. I didn’t get to interact with the place much. The waitress didn’t give us a receipt, though, and I felt she may have overcharged us. Just minutes after we paid, she said she couldn’t remember where she’d put the receipts.

They charge a high price, but neither the AC nor the WIFI worked. When I asked if they could fix it, I got, “No sir.” I asked if I should leave, and they said yes. That was the hotel’s attitude. Really disappointing. I don’t know why Ugandans give it such a good rating.

The friendly staff and fresh, wonderful food give the place a homely feel. They’re also making a commendable effort to keep up with industry standards, and the hotel is decades ahead of any competition in town. I’d tell my friends to try it. They won’t regret staying here.

When you visit Arua city in Uganda, you ought to check this lovely hotel out. The ambience is beautiful, and the customer service was excellent. I enjoyed the most delicious pizza ever, along with a meat burger, fries, and fine red wine. The waitresses were friendly, and Manager Madam Hope was so humble.
