The price is higher than at other hotels, and the basics didn’t work: no hot water or electricity at night, broken power outlets, and a dirty mosquito net. They charged for the TV, but it didn’t work either. They said there was a generator, but there wasn’t. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The waitress was kind, and the food was okay. But when we visited, there weren’t many choices on the menu, and the interior felt dated. The card reader or ATM was out of service too, which was inconvenient. Three stars for decent service, though the place could use an update and more options.

Breakfast was nice, and the location is convenient, but my stay was a 1/10. The rooms are badly maintained and things are broken. I couldn’t work out how to use the very old shower, and there was no hot water. I asked for help, but nobody came, and the receptionist was very rude.

I paid 80000 and got a terrible, dirty room, with no value for money at all. The rooms are poorly maintained, and the power sockets are dangerous for guests. The whole place is dirty, so it’s not a comfortable place to come and sleep. The customer care was the worst I’ve experienced.

I didn’t book ahead, and although they had a room available, it had no hot shower, so I passed on it. I stayed here at least 2years a go and really loved the hotel, the service, and the room back then.
