Room 3 had a really nice ambience, and it's a nice place, but there are a few things that could be better. The shower cubicle felt cramped, and the coffee cups in the room weren't much use without a kettle or anything to make coffee with. A standard grooming kit would be better than the large bottles of shower gel and shampoo. There was no sanitary bag, which made disposal difficult when I was on my period.

The Thai food was great, and the massages were awesome. Nok, Bruce and Pat were epic hosts, the staff were lovely, and the prices were budget friendly.

Their Ugandan roast coffee was rich and aromatic, and the professional Barista prepared it perfectly. I was at Entebbe Palm Hotel with my team while we carried out pest and Vector control services, including fumigation. I was impressed that the hotel takes guest health seriously, with regular fumigation against mosquitoes and other vectors. The hospitality was excellent, and I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone planning a visit to Uganda, especially Entebbe.

I prefer booking directly, but arranging a stay here has been difficult. I emailed about a two night reservation and using a room for a few hours before leaving Uganda. The hotel replies sent rate information without explaining the booking process or answering my questions. Prices on services like Booking.com aren't consistent, and there's no clear way to reserve a day room.

Joseph at reception was impeccable, and the food and staff were great. It's a very nice hotel close to the airport. I'd highly recommend it if you're flying out of Entebbe, since you can avoid Kampala traffic. Congratulations!
