It offers full board and lodging at a fair price. A decent one-star hotel, but it's not in the luxury category.

The bathrooms are tiny, there are mosquitoes in the rooms, the stairs are narrow, and the service is below standard. Breakfast was a big disappointment: no Blue Band, no coffee, just one tea bag per person, and no sweet bananas, among other things, which seems odd in Uganda, Africa's largest producer and exporter of sweet and green bananas. Most frustrating of all was the cold, inept management. I don't know how they stay in business.

There's a pleasant atmosphere, with a cool breeze off Lake Victoria. It's also easy to reach, just a few meters from the main road.
