The staff were very helpful, and the location was great. It was clean and comfortable, and excellent value for the price despite the somewhat dated rooms. I’d stay again.

The pool was small and needed cleaning when we arrived, and the room felt a bit dated, with a tatty bathroom. The service and food, however, were excellent.

The best part was how cared for we felt. Wilbur and his lovely staff made us feel like family throughout our stay, with a level of service I haven’t found in many hotels. We already miss you, Wilbur, and your team! It’s a small, peaceful oasis with a very friendly atmosphere. The bed was one of the best of our whole trip, and you can ask Wilbur how he chooses the beds. The food was really tasty, and the pool was clean and well maintained, unlike at many other hotels in Uganda. Wi-Fi worked well both in the room and around the pool.

Losing my passport and realizing I'd mixed up my flight days left me panicking in the middle of the night. Patricia at reception gave me a huge hug, and the team at Mowi Cribs let me stay another night when I came back at 2:30am. I was so grateful they stepped up. The rooms are spacious and the AC gets wonderfully cold. The meals were really good, with plenty of choice and good service too. Shout out to Patience. Thank you sincerely for being so kind.
