They call it a luxury hotel, but it really isn’t, and it feels expensive for what you get. The airport is only about a five minute drive away, yet their private driver cost us $7 on top of $66 for one night in a small room with a smelly mosquito net. Good thing we were only staying one night before our next flight.
The accommodation ranges from budget rooms to standard cottages at good prices, and the place is clean, with helpful staff. There’s a restaurant and bar, parking for only about 4-5 cars, and it’s easy to reach from either the airport or town. They can arrange airport transfers too. I’d have given five stars for the good service, but the current manager needs to give guests more privacy from their visitors. If I’m doing business with someone staying there, the details aren’t his business. Otherwise, he provides good service and is a hospitable man.
Being so close to the airport makes this place a bit pricier than spots farther away. It’s comfortable, though, and breakfast is okay. There’s no restaurant: if you order food, it comes from a nearby hotel, delivered in a metal tray.
The rooms are clean and good, with AC, and the care is excellent. The place feels close to nature, and the simple restaurant and bar are nice. Security is very active, so I felt safe as soon as I came through the well managed gate. The WiFi is very quick too.
Our family is having a great stay. The rooms are exquisite, the service is excellent, and the staff are kind and helpful.
