It's a very nice, spacious room, and the location is very close to the park entrance. The lukewarm shower water was okay, though not warm. I only recommend the place for the room and location. The bar had no beer, and drinks weren't cold because the fridge wasn't working, perhaps to save power. WiFi didn't work, so you'll need your own data for internet. Paying by card was impossible because it wasn't working either. The sign at the entrance says these things should work, including WiFi, card payments and cold drinks.

We had an amazing stay. The staff were as great as you'd expect at a high-end hotel, the food was amazing, and the rooms were tidy and had air conditioning.

I especially liked relaxing in the outdoor lounge and taking in the scenery. Park Side Safari Lounge Uganda Hotel has a perfect location with stunning views of the park, and I had an amazing time there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. My room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant food was delicious. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a unique, unforgettable safari experience.

There was hot water, which was a plus, and the food was decent. The road needs work, even though being so close to the safari area could have made for a great experience. The rooms needed maintenance, had no air conditioning, and the fans provided weren't effective. Overall, more attention to detail is needed.

It's pretty basic, nothing special. Dinner was quite good, but the dining area looked and felt dingy. Emanuel was welcoming and nice. There were lots of ants, so don't bring snacks into the room or you'll wake up to a whole colony across it. The road there was rough, and there was no hot water for showers.
