Seasons Airport

For our seminar, every meal arrived at least an hour late. The staff numbers may not be enough for the level of service expected. This was the poorest service I’ve had from a place calling itself a hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it for conferences or events.

The rooms were very good, and so was breakfast. But loud music from the neighboring venue’s traditional wedding kept me awake for two nights in a row. The two neighbors should talk and put guests’ comfort first.

It’s in a quiet part of Gulu Senior quarters, and the accommodation is clean and decent, with bed and breakfast available. They also have conference facilities, tasty meals, and a large screen for news, football, or other sports. The services are good overall.

The location is a plus, quiet but still close to town. The WiFi is good where it reaches, but it wasn’t available in my room or my colleagues’ rooms. Breakfast was disappointing and could use improvement. It was an okay stay, though it fell short of what I expected.
