The place itself is beautiful and the facilities are decent, but dealing with the attendants was unpleasant, especially the women, who came across as arrogant. We often had to seek out the male attendants when we needed help. I hope the hotel hires more hospitable female staff, because that kind of negative attitude puts some of us off.

The room was clean, and the shower had strong pressure with warm water. I had nowhere to put my clothes, though. Ibanda may generally be secure, as the hotel guard assured me, but guests shouldn't take that for granted. At night you could get into any part of the hotel while the lone local guard spent his time watching TV.

The hospitality really impressed me, and the rooms were comfortable. The food and drinks were great too, with service to match. Thanks for everything. If you're looking for a hotel in this area, this is the one for you.

NBK STAR HOTEL exceeded my expectations. The reception was good, the rooms were spacious, and the customer service was good too. The WiFi speed is at stake.
