Check-in was extremely rude. If you want to be treated like trash, go here. With that kind of attitude, I'll never use this hotel again!

It's a nice, intimate place to stay, and the service is okay for the price. Management could make it a five-star experience by taking care of the little things, like broken sockets, worn floors, and doors that need fixing.

I was a bit disappointed. The bedding, walls, and rooms are all extremely old and shabby.

Hotel Maria Grant has a cozy feel and a lovely atmosphere. It's tucked into a green, homely setting opposite Jinja coronation park. If you're in Jinja, check it out. It's worth a visit.

The towels have lost their original colour, and the mattresses and pillowcases are really hard. The bathroom taps and sink taps need attention too.
