The room service was quick, dependable, and handled with care. Food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, too. From the efficient, welcoming reception to the attentive staff, everything felt smooth and comfortable. The management was organized and professional, and seemed to care about guest satisfaction. Everyone was kind and helpful, always ready with a smile. I’d happily come back and recommend a visit.

Abrish Hotel was just the place I wanted for my holiday in Kampala. Every room and corner looked spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their warm smiles and kindness made me feel at home from the start. For a holiday, this place really stands out, and I’d tell other travelers to stay here.

In Kampala’s Muyenga area, this is another lovely property, opened in the last quarter of 2025. The hotel apartments are affordable and work for both short and long stays. The amenities are all new, and there’s elevator access. If heights don’t bother you, make sure to visit the rooftop for its lovely views across Kampala.

The quiet setting worked well for my trip, and I could still get to restaurants and business areas easily. The staff were kind and attentive throughout, from check-in through check-out. The front office and housekeeping teams deserve a special mention for their fast help and daily smiles.
