Neeraj and his team made us feel valued throughout our three-week stay, and I’d recommend the apartments without hesitation. Mr Neeraj Singh, one of the Managers, was always available before our booking and trip to answer questions or offer advice. The location worked really well for my short business trip last Saturday. Bukoto Heights Apartments is central for Kololo, Naguru, the city center, and other business areas, with convenient transport and restaurants, supermarkets, and essentials nearby. I felt secure there, and the staff were professional and quick to respond. Check-in was smooth too. Inside, the apartment was modern, spacious, very clean, and furnished to a high standard. The quiet setting, dependable Wi-Fi, and comfortable workspace made it easy to prepare for meetings and answer work emails. The whole stay felt organized and comfortable from arrival. I’d happily choose it again on my next Kampala visit, and recommend it to business travelers or anyone wanting a quality place to stay.

The rooms have plenty of space and a clear view. I also liked the excellent couches, which are comfortable to sit on, and the lift makes getting around easier. It’s simple to operate too.
