The staff made the stay for me. Everyone I met was friendly, knew their stuff, and seemed keen to help me have a good visit. I found the room spacious and spotless, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens felt crisp and luxurious. The spa, pool, and fitness center were all well kept, and breakfast was included with plenty of tasty choices. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and the attention to detail stood out. Caran Hotel felt luxurious and memorable, and I hope to come back. I'd happily recommend it.

My family felt at home at CARAN Hotel Apartments. The kitchen facilities were up to the dot, so we had the comfort of an extension of our own kitchen, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were especially neat, and the WiFi was very stable. We got five star hotel service and complete value for money. I'd rate the service 100%. Please keep it up, and families out there should come enjoy the superior service.

The location is great, in a very secure neighbourhood with a security checkpoint, and the apartments themselves have security 24/7. Inside, the apartment was clean and had all the necessities. The internet was fast, the washing machine worked perfectly, and hot water was always available in the shower. The staff were amazingly great, too. I highly recommend Caran apartments. The price is great for what you get, and I'd stay again when I'm in Kampala.

A day after we booked through Agoda (Booking.com), the hotel got in touch to say they were overbooked and wanted us to change our check-in and check-out dates. We're coming from abroad, so changing the dates isn't possible. Booking this place was a waste of time. The people managing it seem unprofessional and unreliable, and I'd tell others to stay away.

A quiet, charming area of Kamapala is where these apartments are located. The place was impeccable, the staff incredibly helpful, and there was 24/7 security. I had a great stay and would highly recommend them.
