This affordable 3-star hotel is in a peaceful part of Bugolobi. The food and breakfast are great, service is good, and the bedrooms are spacious. The beds and pillows are hard, though, and WiFi doesn't connect well from the rooms.

We were in a quiet part of Kampala, and the staff were great. Since our flight was in the evening, they even let us check out an hour late. The room was comfortable, and the Indian food was really tasty. The bathroom felt very small, though, and there were only two pillows for both of us. I like having at least two for myself, so I missed that.

The pool and its seating area were a nice place to unwind, and the balcony view was great. Service was fantastic, and the hotel felt clean and safe. The rooms were well cared for, the air conditioning worked well, and breakfast was decent, with cooked choices. You could also ask the kitchen for something that wasn't on display, like pancakes or scrambled eggs. A few small things could be improved. Housekeeping wasn't consistent about replacing things like toilet paper, hand towels, bin liners, and coffee. Our mosquito net had a hole, though luckily we didn't have any mosquitoes in the room, and the clothes iron could be better. The restaurant and lounge played Christian country music constantly. Other guests I spoke with also would have preferred Ugandan or African music, or something generally popular in Uganda, which would suit the setting and guests of any religion. These issues didn't spoil our stay, and they seem easy for the owners to address.
