Four Points by Sheraton Kampala Hotel

Our participants gave very positive feedback on the service and arrangements at our event at Four Points by Sheraton Kampala. The whole event ran smoothly, and the food and coordination matched what we’d asked for. Thanks especially to Mr. Gaurrav Magoo and the full team for their support and hospitality. We appreciated how professional and cooperative everyone was, and would be glad to hold more events here in the future.

The people here made my business trip a lot easier. The staff across the front desk, housekeeping, concierge, driving, and dining were exceptionally kind and patient. Efan, my hotel driver, was fantastic. He took me to work, the marketplace, and everywhere in between, and made the whole trip more enjoyable. I also loved spending time with bartenders Kevin and David. There’s currency exchange at the front desk, two restaurants, lovely patios for dining, and comfortable indoor areas for eating or working. The breakfast and lunch buffets were amazing. Menu dishes at either restaurant could be hit or miss, though portions were generous and prices more than fair. After months of planning, I finally got to look around the property. The rooms are nice, the pool is breathtaking, and the meeting spaces are thoughtfully laid out. Residents also have a gym and steam room.

I’ve traveled widely and stayed in all sorts of hotels, and the service at Four points by Sheraton hotel (marriott) in Kampala Uganda ranks among the best I’ve experienced. Raza the chef made my trip meals a real pleasure, and I’m grateful to him. Thanks as well to Mr Sumit, Mr Prodipta, Klinnie, Victoria, Christine, Primrose, Sharif, Evans and Fabina. Their care and dedication to customers are a big part of what makes this hotel so good. Thanks to everyone!
